本政策說明此擴充功能如何處理資料，不取代學校或 eSchool 平台自身的政策。
1. 用途及範圍
本工具協助已獲學校授權的教師，在 tsunjin.eschool.edu.my 的指定教師頁面整理作業、輸入分數、處理缺交、讀取成績報表及瀏覽通告。安裝不會產生額外學校帳號或權限。
2. 會處理的資料
- 指定學校頁面的學生姓名、學號、班號、班級、分數及缺交狀態；科目、作業名稱、日期、滿分、成績報表和頁面顯示的通告／通知資訊。
- 老師輸入的修改、選取的作業關聯，以及老師自行選擇匯入的 Excel 檔案內容。
- 支援頁面的網址和作業編號，用於確認班級、科目、學期和導覽；搜尋字詞、篩選、暫存計數及版面選項。
- 與學校網站通訊時使用瀏覽器既有登入狀態。插件不讀取或保存密碼，不讀取完整 Cookie 清單，也不建立自己的登入服務；同源請求會由瀏覽器依網站規則附帶登入憑證。
插件不存取其他網站的瀏覽紀錄，不加入廣告、追蹤像素或分析 SDK。
3. 如何使用和傳送
資料用於顯示、篩選、比對、匯出、產生匯入預覽及執行老師確認的學校操作。部分狀態計數及重新核對會自動向同一學校網站讀取資料；不是所有讀取都要再次按鈕。
Excel 在瀏覽器內解析，不會把整個檔案上傳至開發者或第三方伺服器。確認分數更新後，只把原生表單需要的更新資料送回學校系統。缺交 X 改為 P 需另經確認；原有頁面的儲存或查詢仍按照學校流程執行。作業設定匯入目前只建立本機草稿，不會自動批量保存至學校。
擴充功能不把上述資料傳至開發者伺服器，不出售、不用於廣告或與功能無關的分析。學校接收的資料由其自身系統與政策管理。老師自行下載、列印或分享的檔案由老師控制。
4. 本機儲存及保留
- 作業關聯儲存在學校網站來源的 localStorage，內容包含來源網址、班級、科目、作業編號、名稱、日期和學期。不包含學生分數清單；若老師在作業名稱內填入個人資料，名稱本身仍可能含個人資料。
- sessionStorage 暫存篩選、搜尋、狀態計數、版面設定和作業草稿。分數儲存後的補交核對也可能暫存該作業的學生識別、姓名及分數；通常在讀取後移除，逾 10 分鐘不再用於核對，但逾時檢查不代表定時清除。關閉相關瀏覽工作階段或清除網站資料可移除暫存。
- 讀取和匯入的完整頁面／工作簿主要保留於當前頁面記憶體，刷新或關閉頁面後釋放。
- 匯出 Excel 與列印／備份檔案會留在老師選擇的位置，直到老師自行刪除。檔案與網站儲存空間不由插件額外加密，應使用受保護的裝置和個人瀏覽器設定檔。
- localStorage 不會自動同步至其他電腦。解除安裝插件也不保證刪除學校網站的儲存資料。
5. 存取、移除及共用電腦
教師可以在作業關聯編輯中解除關聯；可透過 Chrome 的網站資料設定清除 tsunjin.eschool.edu.my 的本機儲存資料。清除整個網站資料可能同時登出並移除網站自己的偏好，請先備份必要關聯。刪除下載檔案需在電腦上另外處理；這些操作不會刪除學校伺服器上的成績或缺交記錄。
關聯以網站、班級、科目及作業區分，目前不以教師帳號分區。共用同一 Chrome 設定檔的人可能看到相同關聯；請每位教師使用自己的瀏覽器設定檔。不要把真實學生資料或私人教師密碼寄給開發者作為錯誤回報。
6. 更新及第三方
功能程式與 ExcelJS 隨插件安裝包提供，不從外部下載執行程式碼。Chrome 网上应用店的安裝及自動更新由 Google 管理；學校登入與伺服器保存由學校管理。這些服務各自適用其政策。本插件沒有自行營運的雲端同步服務。
本工具的資料用途限於提供與改善上述使用者可見功能，遵循 Chrome Web Store User Data Policy 的用途限制，不用於廣告、資料出售或信用／借貸判斷。
7. 聯絡及政策變更
有關插件資料處理，請聯絡 cheewoon.w@gmail.com；學校伺服器記錄的查閱、更正、保留或刪除，請聯絡學校。日後若資料用途改變，發布者應先更新此政策及商店揭露，必要時取得同意。
8. 本政策網頁
本網頁由 Cloudflare Pages 託管，沒有登入表單、追蹤像素或分析程式。當你開啟此政策頁時，Cloudflare 會接收提供網頁及安全防護所需的標準網路請求資訊，例如 IP 位址及瀏覽器請求資訊；這與插件把學生成績傳給開發者是不同的事情。Cloudflare 對其服務資料的處理適用其隱私政策：Cloudflare Privacy Policy。
English summary
TJHS eSchool is an independent extension maintained by Chee Woon Wong for authorized teachers using supported pages on tsunjin.eschool.edu.my. It is not an official school or eSchool product and grants no additional school permissions.
The extension processes student names, student numbers, class details, marks, missing-work status, coursework and report content in the browser. It also processes teacher-selected Excel data, assignment links and local search/filter settings. It uses the school's existing authenticated session for same-origin requests and preserves required native form fields; it does not extract or store passwords or a full cookie list.
Data is used only to provide the visible coursework features. Some read-only checks run automatically. Teacher-confirmed mark updates are sent to the existing school system; X-to-P missing-work updates require a separate confirmation. Coursework-definition imports currently create local drafts, not automatic bulk school saves. Excel files are parsed locally rather than uploaded as whole files to a developer service.
There is no developer-operated student-data server, advertising, analytics SDK or cloud synchronization. Student data is not sold or used for unrelated purposes, advertising or credit/lending decisions. The extension's data use is limited to its stated user-facing purpose under the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy.
Assignment links remain in the school origin's localStorage until removed, with no teacher-account partition or automatic cross-device sync. Session storage may contain filters, drafts, counts, and a temporary post-save student/mark snapshot; post-save snapshots are normally removed when consumed and are no longer used after ten minutes, but that age check is not a scheduled deletion mechanism. Storage and exported files are not separately encrypted by the extension. Use a protected personal browser profile.
Remove links in the extension or clear the school's site storage in Chrome to remove local data. Clearing all site data can also sign you out. Uninstalling the extension does not guarantee removal of school-origin storage. Exported/printed files must be deleted separately; school-server records remain subject to the school's controls and retention policy. Do not send student records or teacher credentials in support requests.
This policy page is hosted by Cloudflare Pages without application analytics or tracking scripts. Cloudflare necessarily receives standard request data such as IP address and browser request information to deliver and protect the page, under its own privacy policy. Chrome Web Store installation and updates are managed by Google. All extension code and ExcelJS ship in the package; there is no remote executable-code loader.
